An orifice plate mounting system that includes the plate and an integral carrier with built-in pressure tapping points. It simplifies orifice installations by providing a ready-to-install assembly (no separate orifice flanges needed).
Available for pipe sizes from DN25 up to DN1000 (1″ to 40″) as standard, with larger sizes on request. Variants include split-ring carriers (two shells clamp the plate, allowing tap orientation adjustment) and one-piece integral carriers (fixed-orientation taps), including a model for RTJ flange applications. No moving parts – virtually maintenance-free; performance can be calculated from key dimensions (or calibrated to improve uncertainty). Wide range of materials available to suit process conditions; suitable for horizontal or vertical pipelines.

Used in flow measurement applications where an orifice plate is preferred but a more convenient and secure installation is needed than a loose plate. Common in refineries, chemical plants, and other industries to retrofit or replace standard orifice plates, offering easier alignment of pressure tappings and reliable, long-term service.
Standard orifice sizing tools (per ISO 5167) are applicable. The carrier assembly can be combined with DP transmitter selection tools to form a complete flowmeter solution (vendors often provide sizing support as part of the offering).
