A range of interchangeable orifice plates for flow measurement, designed to fit between standard pipe flanges. Various bore profiles are offered to suit different fluids and conditions.
Plates available in concentric designs (square-edged, conical entrance, quarter-circle) for clean liquids/gases/steam, and eccentric or segmental designs for fluids with solids or two-phase flow. Manufactured to fit between RF, FF, or RTJ flange faces. Typically made of 316 SS (other materials like Monel or Hastelloy optional) and sized per line size and flow conditions. Conforms to ISO 5167 specs for standard orifice calculations.
